Berlin Asong, MBA. SFHE

Berlin is a Fellow in Management and Marketing. He teaches on the  BA (Hons) Digital Marketing & Music ManagementBA (Hons) Music & Entrepreneurship and MA Music Business programmes.

Berlin taught, assessed, and led on courses, including Strategic  Management, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Brand Management, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Communications, and Business Management at the Queen Mary University of London (2018–2022), University of Sunderland (2016–2019), University of West London (2015–2018), the London School of Science & Technology (2012–2015), and Malvern College (2007–2011).

Before moving into academia, Berlin was a market researcher for TNS Plc, now part of Kantar Group. He has served as a paralegal for a human rights charity, a radio broadcaster for CRTV’s FM94, and a print journalist for the Chariot newspaper.

He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (2015) and a recipient of the University of West London’s Student Union Star Teacher Award (2016).

He holds an MBA from the University of Roehampton and an Executive MBA in International Marketing from PHW, Switzerland. He also holds a bachelor’s degree (honours) in Journalism & Mass Communication and Political Sciences from the University of Buea, Cameroon.
