Polly Money

Polly Money is committed to the craft of songwriting and performing, and graduated from our BA (Hons) Songwriting course in 2014.

Following two summer tours, performances at Nashville's Bluebird Cafe and a number of festivals, Polly was spotted by Matt Bellamy and asked to support Muse at The Stade de France in front of an audience of 80,000 the very next weekend.

Not bad for someone who had just reached the grand old age of eighteen. Read more about her experience, playing alongside Muse, Dizzee Rascal and Biffy Clyro in this recent Guardian 'Experience' article.

In September 2013 Polly's launched her debut EP, recorded at Sony ATV's Soho studio. With the exception of the 'I Get Ideas' cover - a favourite of hers from M.Ward's 'Wasteland Companion' album - all the tracks were written, arranged and played by Polly herself.

Polly has since continued to release music and can be found regularly gigging throughout the country.

More recently, if you've caught the 1975 on their tour, you'll have seen Polly performing with the band, adding vocals and guitars to their musical mix. She has been joined on stage by fellow ICMP alumna, Gabi King

You can follow Polly's musical adventures on Instagram and listen to her EP, 'It's Not That Deep', below.
