Irene Ketikidi gained popularity after her live performance of "Rambler" at Steve Vai's 2010 Guitar Nation Masterclass in London.

She has since released two solo albums and traveled internationally with various artists, becoming well-known for her exceptional lead guitar skills. Her achievements have been recognised by many publications, including Young Guitar Magazine, which featured her in the "Heroines of Now" column in 2014.

Irene has also been highlighted by online magazines such as Guitar World, Guitar Interactive, and the Sound Guitar Magazine. Guthrie Govan, Greg Howe, Nita Strauss, and David Kilminster are among the notable names that praised her debut album "Martial Arts and Magic Tricks".

Irene released her second solo album "A Sky For All" in 2018 and is currently working on producing a new record. Throughout the years, she has been involved in various bands and albums, such as The Black Capes, Sober on Tuxedos, Jozette, and Lia Hide.

Irene is an alumni of ICMP and has served as a guitar instructor at JamPlay.com and Gibson's official Guitar app. She has performed as a session player with numerous artists from various genres such as metal, pop, country, and hip hop.

She has also toured extensively with The Femones and Back:N:Black tribute acts, played lead guitar in London's West End play "Julius Caesar" directed by Phyllida Lloyd CBE, and performed most recently with the renowned Kamerata orchestra for Jon Lord's tribute concert at the Music Hall of Athens, led by the award-winning conductor George Petrou. Irene has performed as an opening act for Nick Johnston's solo show in Athens and as a guest with Nita Strauss at her Chance Theater concert in June 2019.

In October 2022, she performed with her band at Gimme Shelter Film Festival at the Frank Zappa movie premiere in Athens.
